 Work History (20 years of Experience):

  • 2004-2016: Outpatient orthopedics and worker’s compensation (Alpha Rehabilitation, LLC)

  • 2016- 2020: Private Practice outpatient orthopedics (Fit Physical Therapy at the Westminster Rec Center)

  • 2021-present: Owner and Physical Therapist at Changing the Game Physical Therapy, LLC

Family Life:

  • Originally grew up on a family farm in Williamsport, PA.

  • Moved to Colorado in 2004.

  • Married to an amazing husband (Erik).

  • Two incredible daughters: Taylor (9 years) and Riley (12 years).

  • Two cats: Shine and Cloud

  • Enjoys: mountain biking, skiing, running, exercising, reading, learning, cooking, gardening, camping and just being in nature.

 

Pam understands how hard it can be recovering from a c-section and a V-BAC.

Pam’s mission is to help other women through these stages in their lives specifically returning to exercise and sports.

Pam is a continuous learner and loves teaching others how to move their body more efficiently and with less pain. Her goal is not to fix people but to help them understand how to move better and feel better about their bodies through a whole-body approach.
